WINPAP-projects are initiated by Winnie Lindroos, with a professional background from technology based B2B companies, covering areas such as corporate strategy, interim management and management consultancy.
Winnie hold several degrees: a MSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Lund (Sweden) an MBA from IMD (Switzerland), as well as a Master of Environmental Management from Stockholm University (Sweden). Her international background, and her personal (side)ways approach to issues and problems provides the foundation for pragmatic yet creative solutions with a twist.

In work as well as in private life I believe that the best ideas emerge and become useful in reality through a good combination of focus & balance, impact & timing as well as fun & passion. On the road to continous improvement I have now a reached 2nd DAN black belt in karate Shitoryu, but not yet mastered skiing in deep powdersnow, or handling a Hobie 16 from a trapeze.
